Go through the expansions and mark the ones your site has no clear answer for. That's your gap list, and it's usually shorter and more specific than a keyword export.

How intent splits.
Fan-outs separate into comparisons, qualifiers ("for beginners", "under $50"), follow-ups and adjacent intents. Seeing the split tells you whether a topic needs one deep page or several focused ones.
