OtterlyAI Account Health

Run an account health check on my OtterlyAI account. Use the Otterly skill / API to pull the following and return a single concise report:

Brand reports overview

List every brand report on the account (name + ID).
For each report, show the number of prompts configured and the plan limit (if available), plus % of limit used.
Flag any report that is at or above 90% of its prompt limit.


Data freshness

For each brand report, show the timestamp of the last data run / last collection across each AI engine tracked (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot).
Flag any engine that hasn't returned data in more than 7 days, or any report whose last run is older than the report's expected cadence.


Limits & quota

Surface any account-level limits that are reached or nearly reached: total prompts, total brand reports, GEO audits run this period, API calls, seats, or any other quota the API exposes.
Note any failed runs, errors, or paused prompts.


Summary

Top of the report: a 3-bullet "status at a glance" — Healthy / Needs attention / Critical, with the single most important issue called out first.
Bottom: a short recommended-actions list (e.g. "increase plan", "re-enable paused prompts on Report X", "investigate stale Perplexity data on Report Y").
