How OtterlyAI solves it: A daily n8n workflow that watches your AI-search territory for competitive intrusions and reacts within hours instead of weeks. Every morning at 07:00 it pulls two snapshots from Otterly — the last seven days of prompt citations and the seven days before that — and diffs them to find a very specific signal: prompts where you hold meaningful mention share (default 15%+) but a tracked competitor newly appeared in the AI engines' answers.
When an intrusion is detected, the workflow fetches the actual AI responses for that prompt and runs a three-stage LLM pipeline. First, it extracts the competitor's positioning claims, the angles they're winning on, and the gaps in their answer. Second, it drafts a full comparison landing page (H1, intro, at-a-glance table, three differentiators, objection-handler FAQ, CTA) targeted at the contested prompt's intent. Third, it generates a battlecard delta entry with their claim, your truth, a talk track, an objection handler, proof points, and a severity rating.
Outputs are routed in parallel: the comparison page lands in your CMS as a draft (never auto-published), and the battlecard entry creates a new row in your Notion battlecards database. A Slack alert to #competitive-intel summarizes every event with severity, your current share, and direct links to both drafts for review.
